About me...
Hello, I’m Elena — an artist living and creating in France.

Once I discovered painting, it became impossible to stop. What began as a passion I balanced with another job gradually grew into my full-time journey in the world of art. Today, creativity is at the heart of everything I do.

I find inspiration in many things — my children, the beauty and mystery of nature, the idea of freedom, the evolution of the human spirit, creativity, and the simple acts of kindness we witness every day.

My work explores a variety of themes — from timeless, universal subjects to seascapes and floral compositions. Music also holds a special place in my heart. Its energy often finds its way into my paintings, with some pieces dedicated to my favorite artists, composers, and musical works.

When I’m not painting, I cherish moments with my sons, long walks by the sea and through the hills, playing with my wonderful granddaughter, traveling, and of course, listening to music.
The breathtaking nature of southern France, where I live, is a constant source of inspiration — its beauty, changing moods, and unique palette captivate me every day. It was here that themes like Moon and Sea, Floral Mood, and Provence were born.
With every passing month, the colors of this region transform — the light shifts, the air itself seems to take on a new hue. December feels entirely different from March, both in tone and atmosphere.
This ever-changing natural palette inspired me to create an experimental collection — a series of works reflecting the dominant colors of each month on the French Riviera. Through this project, I explore the subtle dialogue between nature, light, and emotion.

I often reflect on the aesthetics of urban life and the delicate balance between architecture and nature on our beautiful planet. It concerns me that, in modern urban planning, the cost per square meter often takes priority over creating truly comfortable and human-centered spaces. Nature is steadily giving way to real estate development, and with it, our connection to the natural world grows weaker, further mechanizing the human spirit.
As a mother of three wonderful sons and a proud grandmother to a charming granddaughter, I dream of cities where parks, green landscapes, and spaces for children become the foundation of architectural design — places that nurture harmony between humanity and nature. These reflections, as well as my perception of the unique energy of certain cities, often find their way into my art.

The folklore and traditions of different cultures also inspire me. I weave them into my imaginative ornamental patterns, celebrating the beauty and harmony found in our diversity.
Every artwork carries a story, an energy, and I would love for my pieces to find homes
where they can continue to inspire and bring joy.
Thank you for visiting my website.
I hope my art speaks to you and becomes part of your story.
